At Waz Designs, we want you to choose with ease, and place order with satisfaction so you can be completely gratified with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. The product must not have been assembled, installed, or altered in any way.
To initiate the return process, please email us at sales@wazdesigns.com within 14 days of receipt. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange, or store credit.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product in good condition. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition as it was shipped. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you.
