Made to Order: All our products are carefully crafted to order, taking 5-10 business days to fulfill from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as your location. You can estimate your shipping costs by using our shipping calculator at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package.

Free Shipping Across The United States and Canada

We offer free shipping to all 50 states in the United States and Canada.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

You are not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your state (if applied additionally).

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes changes need to be made, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to cancel it and issue a full refund
